HOW OUR PROGRAM WORKS: Fill out and fax in your bank release form. When the bad checks get to us we send you a Notification Report telling you what we have received. A NACHA law passed in 1998 allows us to turn this check into an electronic transaction. This gives us priority at the banks and an additional two tries at collecting the check. When a check has been collected you will be sent a Reimbursement Report telling you when checks have been paid. Collected checks are paid immediately while guaranteed checks get paid within 30 days. Because we make our money off the allowed state fees the program remains absolutely FREE to you, and we do not require any commitment. |
